Local Device Storage

If you choose to use our optional backup feature, your data is encrypted end-to-end before being stored in your personal cloud storage (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.). We never have access to your encrypted data.

The app operates entirely offline. We don't maintain servers that could be compromised or accessed by third parties to obtain your personal information.

1. No Accounts. No Tracking.

Nepho does not require you to create an account.

We do not collect, track, or sell your personal data.

We do not use analytics or advertising tools that follow you across apps or websites.

2. Your Data Stays on Your Device

All journals, inventories, notes, and other content you create in Nepho are stored only on your device.

We do not have access to this information.

If you delete the app, your data will also be deleted unless you have exported or backed it up yourself.

3. Backups and Exports

Nepho gives you the option to back up or export your data (e.g., to PDF, JSON, or other formats).

If you choose to use these features, the backup or export file will be saved to a location you control (such as your phone, email, or a cloud service you select).

We do not store or transmit these backups.

4. Optional Cloud Backup (if enabled)

If you choose to use the optional backup feature to your own cloud service (such as iCloud, Google Drive, or AWS S3), your data will be encrypted and stored there under your own account.

We do not have access to those backups.

5. Children's Privacy

Nepho is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

6. Security

Because all your information stays on your device, it is protected by your device's own security features (such as passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID).

We recommend using those protections and making your own secure backups.
